To call Evolving Construction a ‘builder’ is to severely understate their craftsmanship and vast range of talents and skills.

There flexibility to work with and around a very difficult design concept, There practical yet aesthetically-pleasing suggestions and there attention to detail ensured that our house was both functional and finished to the highest standards.

Their integrity and commitment to the environment was clearly evident in the way they utilised the trees that had to be felled to comply with bush fire regulations. These timbers where milled on site to build the majority of the home.

Kane is one of those highly intelligent people who is also artistically gifted so in reality he could have picked any career he chose. It was our good fortune that he has put those considerable talents to work building not just a house, but a place we could call ‘home’.

From the start of the process to the end, we could not be happier with our dealing with Kane and his team at Evolving Construction. We ended up having a falling out with our architect and fortunately for us Kane stepped up and filled that gap for us.

As our builder he has an amazing eye for detail, ran an efficient and effective team and ran a very professional site – We could not believe how clean the site was left at the end of each day! The thing that we think sets Evolving Construction apart is there ability to partner with us throughout the build to get the best possible result for us. Despite challenges that presented themselves, Kane and the team made the process as seamless as possible.

This was our third large build and it was easily the best.

During the project Kane and the team would not rely on what had been specified, and would encourage discussion around the balance between aesthetics, the longevity of materials used, and ongoing maintenance requirements.

They where hugely generous with there time to inform good choices.- as overseas clients we were unable to travel and visit due to Covid – for Evolving Construction, Covid caused supply lead-time issues, escalation in material cost, and great restrictions around the normal running of a building site – a lot of challenges to overcome !!

Kane and his team played a huge role in the selection of finishes. We were delighted with their input and the outcome.

At handover Kane passed over all the compliance, guarantee and warranty documents in a leather bound book. Pride. It’s a fabulous house Kane, we are immensely grateful to you.
