Built on a precise 600mm grid, it features a continuous 2400mm high Blackbutt datum line. The north-facing rammed earth wall, including a curved walkway, provides thermal mass for temperature regulation.
Timber windows and sliding doors enhance natural light and warmth. The exterior is complemented by Mini Orb cladding, adding a contemporary touch to the facade. This home showcases sustainable luxury living, combining traditional materials with contemporary architecture and high-end finishes.
